I talk a lot about setting goals, taking action, and learning along the way. It was about time I took my own advice as it relates to this project.
So, I’m thrilled to introduce the Tea With Rich podcast!
This was an idea my pal TJ and I had been bouncing around for years. We have a lot of knowledge to share from our careers in commerce, but we wondered, would anybody want to listen? How do we structure it? How do we even get started?
As it turns out, you just press record on a microphone and start talking. Pretty simple, actually. Check out our first episode:
We’re ecstatic about having this new platform to share and connect with others. It’s less a podcast than it is bringing together two industry friends for casual yet meaningful conversations. Join us as we keep things light and entertaining, occasionally go off on tangents, but always strive to provide valuable insights for listeners. It may not be perfect, but we promise you, it will be real!
Listeners can expect to hear the ups, downs, and everything in between from our journeys as agency executives as well as starting, running, and selling businesses. Each episode will have direct takeaways that you can apply to your own life, whether it be at work, at home, or within yourself.
