Real success = serving others

We are taught to compete and to strive to be successful at the expense of other people. But to really be successful, we need to be in service to other people. No one else has your unique gifts! So if you're not serving the world and maximizing your gifts, you’re selling yourself short.

Ways to be of service

As a salesperson or as an entrepreneur, are you giving that customer a solution to their problem? Are you solving what’s keeping them up at night? 

As a friend or as a colleague, are you serving that person to be the best they can be? 

As a husband and a father, are you holding that vision? And when they forget, are you reminding them

Achieve your dreams

Being in service will make you successful beyond your wildest dreams. Remember that definition of success. By serving, you’re going to meet those goals and be successful. You have to trust.

Leading an agile business

My business took off when I stopped focusing on what I was selling (the product or service) and started focusing on solutions, relationships, and how to help our customers. At LYONSCG, our culture was based on putting the customer first. We were a learning organization that continued to get better and better and better each day. It led to us maximizing our potential.
