It’s important to find the right time to express our feelings and examine what we’re trying to accomplish in each moment. There is always a choice to make.

I made the choice to express extreme anger to a client in service of a purpose, to protect my team. I used my emotion to achieve a specific outcome, which led to maximizing my potential.
